Referral Partner Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: October 2025
1. Definitions
Lead: An individual who submits a coworking enquiry through CoworkingSpaceHub.com, including their name, email, and requirements.
Conversion: When a Lead becomes a paying customer of your coworking space (e.g., signs up for a hot desk, dedicated desk, office, or membership plan).
2. Payment Terms
- You agree to pay CoworkingSpaceHub an referral commission for each Conversion generated via our platform.
- The standard referral fee is 15% of the membership fee for each month the customer remains active, up to a maximum of 12 months, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Invoices will be issued monthly in arrears based on reported Conversions. Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date.
3. Reporting
- You must notify CoworkingSpaceHub of any Conversions resulting from our leads within 7 days of the customer’s start date, so that we can issue your invoice for the commission.
- You agree to provide basic information about the Conversion (e.g., start date, membership type, first month fee).
- Failure to report Conversions may result in removal from the Referral Program.
4. Lead Handling
All leads from CoworkingSpaceHub will be sent to the contact email you provide. Leads may not be resold, shared, or repurposed for unrelated use.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days’ notice. Any outstanding commissions for Conversions prior to termination remain payable.
6. Disputes
If there is a dispute over whether a lead converted, both parties agree to act in good faith to resolve it. CoworkingSpaceHub’s lead records will be used as the primary reference unless the partner provides clear evidence to the contrary. CoworkingSpaceHub may request proof of conversion (e.g., anonymized invoice or membership record).
7. General
- No setup fees or minimum commitments apply.
- This agreement does not create exclusivity; both parties may work with others.
